Book Review by LITEROMA PUBLISHING SERVICES :: ‘Principles of Success Made Easy’ by Dr. Roopleen (4th Review)

** Thanks to the author for gifting us a review copy of the book. ** There are few aspects in life for which it’s always an uphill task to draw a set of principles. ‘Success’ is one of those aspects. It’s really heartening to see an Indian author attempting the task. Though it’s a not-so-uncommon phenomenon in the Western literary canvas, it’s not every day that an Indian author attempts to paint the blue print of success – that too in one’s debut book. Dr. Roopleen deserves a heart-felt congrats from team Literoma for that. Being a doctor by profession, Roopleen gets a good chance to interact with a lot of people day in and day out. All those interactions had very subtly been transformed into a self-development book by Roopleen. If not for anything else, a reader must give this book a go to understand the self-felt experiences of a doctor. Overall, Literoma rates the book as 4.7*/5*. Readers will surely wait for Roopleen’s next venture on self-development.

Book Review by LITEROMA PUBLISHING SERVICES :: ‘Principles of Success Made Easy’ by Dr. Roopleen (3rd Review)

** Thanks to the author for gifting us a review copy of the book. ** ** Thanks to our reviewer Mr. Tee Kay for reviewing the book on our behalf. ** Team Literoma got a chance to review the debut book ‘Principles of Success Made Easy’ authored by Dr. Roopleen. It’s an excellent work on what all should be to chase success in a planned way. The steps described by the author can easily be picked by an individual. As the author rightly mentioned in the preface of the book itself, the reader needs to plan a quite slow pace of reading while going through the book. This is not a book which is meant to be finished at one go. This is a book which needs its own time to sync in. If read with the right approach, this book will surely work as a super useful material to attain success. What the book lacks is the ‘How’ part – how one can start adopting the steps mentioned by author. In case, a person is seasoned enough to crack the how part on his own, the book

Book Review by LITEROMA PUBLISHING SERVICES :: ‘Principles of Success Made Easy’ by Dr. Roopleen (2nd Review)

** Thanks to the author for gifting us a review copy of the book. ** ‘Principles of Success Made Easy’ by Dr. Roopleen simplifies the road map of success. It chalks out an easy to understand list of 14 steps which if absorbed and implemented correctly will guide an individual towards success. The book can work as a helpful guide to people irrespective of the domain or social strata they belong to. As the author Dr. Roopleen rightly mentioned the book can be a perfect guide to turn individuals to ‘I-specialist’. The other prominent feature of the book is the set of quotations used by the author. It really adds up to the overall reading experience. However, at times, as a reader, one tends to feel the road map is way too oversimplified. So, in case, Dr. Roopleen is planning a follow-up book on self-development, she needs to safeguard against this. Definitely, the book deserves a shot and is recommended for all who feels the pinch to be successful.  Overall, Literoma rates the b

Book Review by LITEROMA PUBLISHING SERVICES :: ‘Principles of Success Made Easy’ by Dr. Roopleen (1st Review)

** Thanks to the author for gifting us a review copy of the book. ** Dr. Roopleen's 'Principle of Success - 14 Easy Steps to Climb the Ladder of Success' is a perfect feel-good read for any reader. Success by its very dynamic nature has no proven formula. Even attempting to plot a roadway leading to a formula is an uphill task. In her book Dr. Rooplen attempts to do that and she did a pretty good job. ‘Principles of success’ lists down a set of 14 principles based on the experience of the author which if followed can lead to a sustainable success. The good point is that the principles are simple enough to be followed by people belonging to different walks of life. Though it is often said, a book should not be judged by its cover; but needless to say it is the book's cover which sets the tone of reading experience you may expect from the book. The front cover of Dr. Roopleen's book is successful in creating that optimistic first impression even for any casual

Book Review by LITEROMA PUBLISHING SERVICES :: 'Different Shades of Women' by NS Ravi

** Thanks to the author for gifting us a review copy of the book. ** In the last few decades a lot of discussions have happened around the multiple dimensions of womanhood. Different people approached and treated the subject differently. Author N S Ravi in a never-like-before attempt used short stories as the medium to paint “different shades of women”. The book consists of 8 short stories – each story revolves around a specific aspect of womanhood. It tells stories of daughters, sisters, daughters-in law and women as a whole. All the characters are well established and looked authentic. The other praiseworthy aspect is the pattern used to name the lead characters. The daughter-in-law is named Lakshmi and a lady with inherent strength is named  Savitri. The cover page of the book is good but real models could have been avoided with sillhoutes or painted figures. The only area of improvement for the book is its title which sounds too direct with respect to the contents. Rest e
