"Fall of Shuruppak – Harappa 2" is a part of a Trilogy written by Dr. Shankar N. Kashyap based on ancient Harappan Civilization. Harappan Civilization was best piece of architecture ruled by great rulers. In this part of Trilogy, the author speaks about fall of Shuruppak which was an ancient Sumerian City.

The presentation of events and language used depict that author has studied the great Harappan Civilization in minute details. The knowledge presented in the book creates an immediate impact on reader's mind. Author has also depicted all the events in a beautiful flow that it takes any reader on a trip to ancient Indian History.
 
Author has presented all the events from the birth of Sargon the great, who was king of Kish, to his training as a warrior, he becoming the king, his braveries and then the ultimate devastation of Shuruppak so vividly that any layman lacking knowledge of Harappan Civilization can easily understand the flow of events.

The references and vocabulary used are very powerful which adds to the superior quality of the book.

Overall, Literoma rates it to be a 4.6*/5* and marks it to be a must read piece for people especially having interest in ancient Indian History. It will definitely add to their knowledge bank.
