Book Review by LITEROMA PUBLISHING SERVICES :: ‘And So Can You’ by Dr. Roopleen

** Thanks to the author for gifting us a review copy of the book.**

‘And So Can You’ by Dr. Roopleen is an inspiring title for a book with the most inspirational stories of 17 doctors and their journey towards success. This book tells us about how important it is to have goals and also how to achieve them. It also delves into the pressure, hardships, motivations and inspirations that bring about the best in a person.

The most important aspect of the book is its narration. It is simple and smooth and we can easily relate about the different aspects of our daily life with it. The language is neither too tough nor too easy and signifies the importance of each and every line.

From the cover the book may seem to be for doctors and medical students but I feel it should be read by everyone and it will surely change the person for good. It's emphasis on the fact that we ourselves are responsible for success motivates us to fight our hardships through dedication and achieve our goals.

And in the end, a quote from the book which truly inspired me: "In life, not everything will be to your liking. You must be able to adapt yourself according to circumstances and become flexible to be able to manoeuvre your way through twists and turns of life" - Dr. Lingam Vijaya.

Overall, I would rate Dr. Roopleen's 'And So Can You' as 4*/5* and highly recommend it. This is a must read book for everyone and its stories will inspire us and help us for change within ourselves for good.
