Numi is Nupur's fourth novel and is a must read for avid readers like me. Not many books have been authored in this genre yet by Indian authors and hence it has the potential to make it big.

Numi is a short and crisp quick read type novel where one gets introduced to a non to familiar protagonist named Nuha and her healer mentor Minha. The names may sound little confusing, but take my words the confusion is the charm of this pocket thin book.

Nuha, a young girl, takes you through the journey of one soul to another, in fact it is the personification of our spirit. The book presents multiple turns and twists, changing eyes of vision at times, mostly in the later half of the storyline. The build up was little slow in my opinion and was little ungripping. But it gears to top as we keep approaching the end where different shades of Nuha get exposed to readers.

Cover could have been more captivating as the contents had lot of scope for artist's imagination. I will definitely wait to read Nupur's next book.

Overall, I would like to rate the book as 4*/5*.
