Book Title:
The title of the book ' Rukhsaar ' is as same as the name of the protagonist.

Book Cover:
The cover image of the book is a young woman standing near a large window and the image is a silhouette image. The color combination of the image is nice.

Plot:
Rukhsaar, the daughter of a rich Muslim couple, who is always surrounded and guarded by riches often feels suffocated living a restricted life since her childhood. During her early adulthood, she meets Sameer and a bond develops between them.  Sameer is an IAS aspirant and a loving person. Both of them decide to reach their goals and one fine day they get married. Then on the story travel to their kids and the kids' life till the kids become adults and settle down in life. As an IAS officer, the usual pressures one faces from various vicious people around is mentioned in the story.

Towards the end of the story, Sameer and his son Aryan die in different circumstances leaving a bereaved Rukhsaar. What happens then to her? Read the story to know.

What I like:
1.  Simple writing and easy read
2.  The abstract end of the story
3.  The story has some good points on relationship and values
4.  Rukhsaar's parent's broadmindedness though coming from a conservative religion is appreciated.

What I didn't like:
Few editing errors which are ignorable are found.

Characters:
Every character in the story is plotted well.

Narration:
A very easy and simple narration is found.

Language & Grammar:
Good English language with uncomplicated vocabulary is found.

My Final Verdict:
A nice and simple read.
