Well what to say about this book? Right from the book title, book cover, page and print quality, depth of contents - the book left me engrossed in it's totality. After a very long time, I read a non fiction of this quality. I must congratulate the author for gifting her readers such a lovely read. I can see this book making it to the bestseller list of 2019.

Coming to the book's contents - title 'The Humane Quest' in itself creates an immediate impact on reader's mind. The book in review is the 2nd volume of the series and I strongly feel why did not I read its first volume? Well, to say about the present volume, there are 21 chapters, each of which focusses into 21 different aspects of humanity like motherhood, child trafficking, selflessness, health, moneymindedness, robotics etc - thus justifying the book title.

Each chapter begins with a thought provoking quotation, followed by chapter header and the subsequent contents. In majority of the chapters, author has quoted eminent visionaries like Nelson Mandela, Mark Twain, Albert Einstein, Sadhguru, M.K. Gandhi, our Honb'l PM Mr. Narendra Modi and so on...quoting about their vision on 'humanity'.

Out of the 21 chapters, my top three are: The Clash of Man and Machine, Pure Blessing and Beyond Rage. On a lighter note, but that does not mean I hated the rest. To quote Mehak,
"Don't regret for the undone,
 Illuminate the future."

"Ego can be referred to being minacious, therapy of which is self-edification!"

Overall I will not be able to rate it anything less than 4.5*/5* and highly recommend to nonfiction readers. It's not a book for social readers who love to decorate their bookshelf like a showcase.
