About Author:
Mehak Gupta Grover, is the author of the book The Humane Quest (volume 1), published in 2017. It is a Quest for Humanity. She is born and brought up in Jammu and married in Chandigarh. She has a bachelor’s degree in Law. Since childhood, her inclination towards ethical grounds has been in high spirits. She is an author who has taken great care in providing her readers with valuable content.

My View:
Humane Quest is collection of 21 pearl beads (stories) for a perfectly made garland that fully focuses on Humanity. Every story is so unique that will engross the meaning of so called LIFE.

Author was keen in quoting references of epics and quotes of our ancient holy books like Gita, Bible and Budha writings. This book also deep dives on our so called social ailments.

This book talk about the lost individual life values that directly reflect our socio-culture growth and bane to our fellow human beings.

Simple yet profound use of vocabulary makes the readers experience ease in completing the book at a shot. Special mention to the cover picture with a still water that carrying the ray reflections of dawn.

There are few stories in the segment of inspiration, anger, culture, passion, admiration and blessing. Author also showered her respects towards eminent scholars by using their references in many stories.

Overall I rate this as 4.5*/5*. “The Humane Quest (Volume-II)” is a bewitch read with a strong points to make towards the humanity. Short and sweet read which can be completed in one shot for 30-45 mins by a normal reading pace. I wish author comes-up with next volumes in near future.

PS: This book is independent read will not demand reader to complete Volume-I as pre-requisite.
