The book title tells a lot about its genre. Many may tag it as an Indian erotica, but I found it more of a spicy chick-lit type, ready to be adapted into a web series. The central character is Rashmi Verma and narrator is one of her former partner's roomie who too ends up sleeping with her after a prolongued eyeing phase. Interesting was his sleeping intent - not because he had a lust but he wanted to prove his confession true.

The intermittent hindi dialects like 'harami', 'nagar vadhu' etc bring the right break at times. English is simple and fluent with hardly any tough words used. The writing style quite matches the contemporary contents. Visual descriptions could create the right blend of fantasy and imagination.

The characterization of the narrator and other male snobbers were good but the protagonist has quite a few conflicting shades, not sure if that was purposely done. Also the book Cover could have been more captivating as the contents had lot of scope for artist's imagination.

I will definitely wait to read the author's next book. One recommendation for the author - whatever be the intention of using a pen name, the original name always creates a direct connect with readers for sure.

Overall, I would like to rate the book as 4*/5*.
