#LITEROMA Book Review by :: "Vitamin H" by Abhishek Deepa Thakkar

** Thanks to the author for gifting us a paperback copy of the book for review. **

"Vitamin H" is the second book by author Abhishek Deepa Thakkar, an M.A. in English literature and young speaker hailing from Gujarat. The quotes published in this book were earlier posted in YourQuote.in and now packaged in the form of a complete book. The book has quite a few unique points which I liked:-

1. The unconventional size of the book - It's a square sized small book little bigger than a pocket read.

2. The title of the book is very interesting - Vitamin H which has nothing to do with health or medicine.

3. The book contain 111 quotations which are NOT titled serially, but daywise.

4. The interior is designed with a mythological touch.

5. The quotations are light-hearted and philosophical, quite relatable to the age of writer. That also signifies the goodness of the thoughts captured.

My favourite quotations from the book are:-

"Whosoever said that you are weak is afraid of the strength dwelling within you."

"Knowledge is king but action is king maker."

"If God lets you down, lift yourself up.

You have got work to do."

Improvement Suggestions:-

1. The book cover is too bland compared to the quality of contents.

2. The book binding, print and paper quality (overall getup in a nutshell) need to improve to add a professional touch. Author might look for a quality publishing house to republish the book with global standard.

Overall, I will rate the book contents 4*/5* and recommend for readers who enjoy light-hearted quotations.
