Book Review by LITEROMA PUBLISHING SERVICES :: ‘And So Can You’ by Dr. Roopleen

** Thanks to the author for gifting us a review copy of the book.**

** Thanks to our reviewer Sonal Pokharna Nahar for reviewing the book on behalf of Literoma. **

“And so can you!” By Dr. Roopleen is a collection of Inspiring stories of 17 successful doctors, who are role models for society but have their own stories. The book depicts their struggle and the way they faced it. It is a motivational book not only for medical students but also for everyone. Their stories are more inspiring than their success. All doctors have their own dark side of life, but they came out with zeal to face the ray of light.

My personal favorite is story of Dr. Barnali Das. She dreamt of becoming a Doctor from her childhood. She achieved big in life. Her road to success was not easy but she fought with positive attitude and perseverance. She never quit, she always fought back and made her mark on each stone of success.

All the stories are path showing. These legends lead our path to success. They teach us importance of positivity, perseverance, hard work and zeal for your dreams.

Author has narrated all stories so beautifully that they create distinct place in readers mind. Stories are compact, but effective. Flow of language and vocabulary are simple but effective. The thing I liked the most is “Advice to young and aspiring doctors” and “ Takeaway – Words and wisdom”, where author have given life lessons in simple words. One can inspire himself just by reading those lines.

I am so inspired by this book that I will always cherish it. It will be my guideline at lows of my career. I will suggest that each and everyone should read and follow it.

Overall, Literoma rates Dr. Roopleen's 'And So Can You' as 5*/5*. It is an amazing read and we will surely recommend it.
