'Making a Poem' is a beautiful poetry book by Vihang A. Naik where every word has been well penned and effectively moulded to create an instant magic in reader's mind. I, personally being a relationship empowered person, have cherished reading almost all the poems published in the book.

The book cover image captures the right mood of the author as a mirror of his thoughts. Loved the concept and I must congratulate Mr. Naik for the perfect capture. Paper quality of the book is very good and so is the print quality. But a professional font could have been used for a better cover and interior getup.

The book 'Making a Poem' is a lovely collection of 25 English poems presented in five sections, each named beautifully. The poems which touched my heart are Women and Man, At Seventeen and Are you looking for that poet. The book indeed speaks a lot about the author's deep feelings and emotions surrouding his different relationships, especially human nature.

I will look forward to read more of his books in future. He is translating his own Gujarati poems to English and I am sure they would be as heart touching as these. Wish him all the very best. As an improvement suggestion I would recommend him to try out a different editor for the next books as professional editing plays a big role to create a smooth reading experience.

Overall Literoma rates the book as 4.2*/5* and recommend it for a fine reading.
