Well what to say about 'Flights of Fantasy'?? A collection of thirteen lovely short stories by debutant author Dr. Sujata Chatterjee. The stories are narrated in a simple style, leaving an everlasting impact on its readers. Each of the plots can be well understood by anyone and everyone and there lies the beauty of this book. Some of my personal favourites are - A Fable, The Wheel of Fortune, Physician's Prayer and A Message in the Mist in order of my liking.

Coming to the getup of the book, it is a hardbound non-standard sized book of around 100 pages. The cover page captures the vibrant colours of the book very aptly. Rightly said by the author, her book ensures a colourful journey touching the seven shades of rainbow while traversing through her collection of short stories presented in 'Flights of Fantasy'. I will eagerly look forward to read more of her stories soon.

Overall Literoma rates it as 4.5*/5* and recommends for an afternoon reading.
